Construction of nine paired single-family houses in the Can Galan sector of La Pobla de Claramunt. These houses are part of a real estate development made possible by the Partial Urban Development Plan executed in 2000, where Construccions Rosell undertook the urbanization of the area
Each of these houses consists of a basement, ground floor, and an upper floor, providing spacious living spaces for the comfort of its residents. Furthermore, all the houses have their own private garage in the basement.
As for the exterior design, we have chosen an exposed concrete finish and the use of dark aluminum, giving the houses a sober yet elegant aesthetic.

This development allows us, as Construccions Rosell, to meet the needs of those intermediate clients who are looking for a home with more space than an apartment in a multi-family building but less than a detached single-family house.
