We have conducted a full-scale renovation of a residence located in an original 19th-century building. Throughout this process, collaboration between various stakeholders, such as the architect, construction company, and interior designer, has been crucial in achieving the desired end result.
As part of the team responsible for the architectural project, we have made efforts to preserve the distinctive elements of the property, both in terms of construction and interior design.
Future energy
Furthermore, we have installed all-new systems and interior design elements, including a modern aerothermal boiler and underfloor heating system, which have elevated the energy efficiency level of the residence.
Preserving history
We have recognized the importance of maintaining the history and authenticity of the building while ensuring it meets the comforts and functionalities required in a contemporary dwelling.
Among these elements are the beautiful original hydraulic tiles that we have repurposed in outdoor spaces, the interior columns with elegant moldings in the dining room, and the untreated brick flooring that enhances the property’s old basement.
