The retention of this data does not affect the secrecy of communications and can only be used within the framework of a criminal investigation or for the safeguarding of public security, being made available to the judges and/or courts or the Ministry that requires them.

The communication of data to the State Security Forces and Corps will be made in accordance with the regulations on the protection of personal data.

Intellectual Property Rights:

Construccions Rosell owns all copyright, intellectual, industrial property, “know-how,” and any other rights related to the contents of the website https://construccionsrosell.com/ and the services offered therein, as well as the programs necessary for its implementation and related information.

The user does not acquire any rights or license for the contracted service, on the software necessary for the provision of the service, nor on the technical information for monitoring the service, except for the necessary rights and licenses for the fulfillment of the contracted services and only during their duration.

For any action that exceeds the fulfillment of the contract, the user will need written authorization from Construccions Rosell, being prohibited for the user to access, modify, view the configuration, structure, and files of the servers owned by Construccions Rosell, assuming civil and criminal liability for any incident that may occur on the servers and security systems as a direct result of negligent or malicious actions on his part.

Intellectual Property of Hosted Contents

The use contrary to legislation on intellectual property of the services provided by Construccions Rosell SLU is prohibited, in particular:

• Use that is contrary to Spanish laws or that infringes the rights of third parties.
• The publication or transmission of any content that, in the opinion of Construccions Rosell, is violent, obscene, abusive, illegal, racial, xenophobic, or defamatory.
• Cracks, serial numbers for programs, or any other content that violates the intellectual property rights of third parties.
• The collection and/or use of personal data from other users without their express consent or in violation of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.
• The use of the domain’s mail server and email addresses for the sending of unwanted mass emails.

  The user is responsible for the content of their website, the transmitted and stored information, hyperlinks, third-party claims, and legal actions regarding intellectual property, rights of third parties, and the protection of minors.

  The user is responsible for compliance with current laws and regulations and the rules related to the operation of the online service, electronic commerce, copyright, maintenance of public order, as well as universal principles of Internet use.

  The user will indemnify Construccions Rosell SLU for the expenses generated by the imputation of https://construccionsrosell.com/ in any case whose responsibility could be attributed to the user, including fees and legal defense expenses, even in the case of a non-definitive judicial decision.

  Protection of Hosted Information
  
  https://construccionsrosell.com/ performs backups of the content hosted on its servers; however, it is not responsible for the loss or accidental deletion of data by users. Similarly, it does not guarantee the full replacement of data deleted by users since the mentioned data may have been deleted and/or modified during the period of time elapsed since the last backup.

  In accordance with the LSSI Construccions Rosell will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or any other equivalent electronic means that have not been previously requested or expressly authorized by the recipients.

In the case of users with whom there is a previous contractual relationship, Construccions Rosell is authorized to send commercial communications regarding products or services of Construccions Rosell that are similar to those initially contracted with the customer.

In any case, the user, after verifying their identity, may request not to receive more commercial information through the Customer Service channels.
