We carried out the construction of a spacious 2,000 square meter industrial warehouse in the La Barquera industrial park, Capellades, intended for paper storage. Additionally, we executed an interior mezzanine designated for offices to provide a complete functional space.
Throughout the construction process, we paid special attention to proper water drainage on the roof, ensuring an efficient and safe system. The warehouse was built using prefabricated concrete structures for both the facades and the roof, ensuring strength and durability. These prefabricated elements were carefully installed on-site.
Adapted to everyday life
We handled the on-site implementation of the sanitation network and the immediate surroundings of the warehouse, considering specific requirements for the transportation of materials via truck trailers.
As part of this project, we also constructed concrete loading docks to facilitate loading and unloading operations.
