Acquisition of rural land, promotion, and transformation into an urban area by implementing the Partial Urban Planning Plan ‘Can Galan’ in sector S-1.
This 28,000 square meter urbanization was designed for the subsequent sale of plots and the promotion of single-family and semi-detached houses.
Installation of utilities
The urbanization work encompassed various tasks that went beyond adapting the terrain for future constructions. We were responsible for providing the necessary services to the planned streets and plots, including the installation of sanitation networks, the supply of electricity, water, and gas.
As the company in charge of the entire project, we managed the procedures with different utility companies to ensure the proper provision of services.
