Construction of a multifamily building located in the center of the charming town of Capellades, facing Catalunya Square. This building comprises 7 apartments and one commercial space, distributed across the ground floor and three upper floors.
At Construccions Rosell, we understand the importance of adapting to the environment we are in. Situated in the historic center of Capellades and carefully observing our surroundings, we have chosen to design our building to seamlessly blend with the traditional aesthetics of the area.
Our main premise is simplicity, which enhances the elegance of tradition. To achieve this, we have opted for black cast iron railings, surrounded by orthogonal and repetitive openings. This approach allows us to merge classic style with a contemporary touch.
